At White Rock Villas we encourage our guests to respect and treat the property with responsibility and courtesy by following some basic rules.

General Rules

• Your stay begins at 15:00 of the day of your arrival and it ends at 10:00 of the day of your departure.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. We recommend to smoke in the exterior areas of the villa.
• Beware not to leave any cigarette buds in the villa or any exterior space, so as to comply with the safety precautions in the prevention of a fire.
• Guests are responsible for the security of the villa during occupancy. You must keep all windows and doors locked securely at all times when not on the premises. The villa owners and their representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. The residence is equipped with a safety box available to clients.
• Guests are expected to conserve water & energy. Please turn off lights, fans, stoves, airconditioners, water heaters, TVs.
• Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• While wearing tanning oil, please avoid use of bath towels or bed linen.
• Guests are responsible for their pets at all times. Pet droppings should be immediately cleaned up and deposited in a trash container.

Noise

• The time of night rest in the villa begins at 23:00 and lasts until 08:00 in the morning.
• The guests are obligated to maintain peace and quiet at that time. We kindly ask you to respect the guests of the other villas.
• Loud music that disturb the neighbors are not permitted. The villa owner will exert his right to terminate immediately a lease of a property without any reimbursement if official complaints are received for noise or drunken behavior.

Pool/Jacuzzi Rules

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• All guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
• Please, do not throw objects in the swimming pool.
• Infants and non-swimmers must wear a life jacket at all times.
• Please, take extra care of glass objects around the pool area.
• Pool towels are at your disposal for use at the pool and jacuzzi and should not leave the premises.
